Enticing

Powdered sin In a virgin pristine mug Sugar-tainted Milk painted Corruptly inundated with water. “Stained-steel” spoon Propped against the rim An oddity Surreptitiously submerged Inaction Smoke-snake slithers Gasping from the depths Fuming silently Spoon stirs Unwilling contents Heterogeneous partners In rhyme and crime Dissolves despairingly One homogeneous identity Scalding tired mouth Tentative Lips Burns a blue bunsen flame I watch wondering As you sip Sip after sip Dregs remain Intoxicatingly inviting Your caffeine-laced mouth Twisted tongue Acid teeth My mouth opens Involuntarily Ignorantly unaware You read on A neatly-folded newspaper!

What stayed with you?

A line that lingered, a feeling, a disagreement. Great comments are as valuable as the original piece.

Hi! Hemant! Nopes! I haven't really tried to publish my works yet ... may be I will sometime in the not so distant future. I like to pen down the nuances of life and nothing in this lifetime of experiences is mundane.
