Why do things happen to you, when they dont tend to last.............. Why do someone come to your life, & you end up calling it your past.......... Why does this someone matter u so much, making you feel, everything is lost........... Why do things happen to you, when they dont tend to last........... Why do ourways happen to cross, when you dont have guts ... ...to go back & ask......... Why do i still hope, once our ways would again cross. & this time they cross, they would ever last......................

I have been asking the same questions as you and I am at a loss. But its nice to know that you are not alone in your search and in your pain. Nilanjana - Its true that answers stare in our eyes, but though we ask the questions, its not the answers that comfort us - infact I am at a loss to understand what can comfort. Perhaps time is the only thing that can heal.
Time never heals, it suppresses all the emotions we proclaim to be negative. Time never form scars as the wounds never heal. One little incident and you start bleeding again. Time helps you in coming to terms with your emotions if you allow yourself to accept the truth. It may sound like a lot of "gyan" but believe me! one can only understand if one has gone through it.

Things happen cos life happens. Fate, destiny, taste, smell, serendipity, accidents, emotions, friendship... as Nilanjana (my favorite poet) said: Answers stare you in the eye!
